Deactivate google authentication without admin/web access…

Hello,

I can’t login with admin account, because google authentication blocks it.
So, I’ve removed the plugin folder on server and delete all plugin tables in mysql.
But after reinstall Shield, the google autentication is enabled again!!!
Where can I disable the google authentication or reset the settings of Shield without wordpress access?!
