Hi John,
If I wanted to print the entire site just likes it looks online, I would hit File and Print from my browser and Firefox or IE will spit out an entire page full of stuff, not formatted well, or easily usable but it would be the entire site as it appears online.
If I wanted to print to PDF I would change my printer to PDF Creator which I downloaded online for free and it would give me a PDF of my site just as it looks online.
Not really sure what you are trying to accomplish: I use WP_Print to give me a single Printer formatted page with Photos but not the Template for one of my clients but I haven’t tried to search for a plugin to do what I can do from my browser?
Sorry if I didn’t understand your intent but fill me in and I’ll try to be of further assistance:

The options you mentioned will not print the fully templated page. Unless there is a print.css file.
So for I just made a new print.css file and copy and pasted my exact CSS. Then changed the urls into a print friendly version. Now it seems to work. So not really a plugin, but it did do wat I wanted to do.
I am going to see if this also works for PDF.
