    I am trying to update my slider when i do i get 403 Forbidden error every time
    i am using allslider and the site is hosted on Linux

      I am certain this is a false positive.

    after i click “I am certain this is a false positive” i still get this error

    Hi,

    Will you try setting the firewall back to Learning Mode, completing the action you were trying to do, and then setting the firewall to “Enabled” again?

    If you need to disable the firewall and cannot set it back to Learning Mode or Disabled on the firewall page, we have instructions to disable it another way, here:

    thank you for replying
    currently i am changing to learning
    when i update the slider again i still get the same error
    is this going to be fixed? or do i have to always change to learning mode?
