Localization warning

Hello,

Have translated the “Development Readme (trunk)” sub project to Romanian. But on the translation page the following warning appears:

“This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”

Do you need to make changes in order to enable localization for the entire plugin?
