I am having the same issue too… I upload an image and when I go to preview it, it says it can’t load the image. When I did “inspect element” it says that the image is pulling from (which is not where our media is stored):
“src=”http://dev.uschemical.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-best-portfolio/vid_5731f9164db4b_big.jpg””
You can change the source code in “inspect element” but it doesn’t help with future uploads…
This plugin would work perfect for me if this could get resolved!
Hi stephlh93,
I got in contact with Nik from this plugin, and his answer was to check the permission on folder.
/wp-content/uploads/wp-best-portfolio/
It must have read write 755 permission to store and read photos.
If it still doesn’t work, I found this link to be helpful
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-upload-images-76
I just downloaded and installed and have the same problem. Images do not show. See page on sandbox site here: http://sandbox.tableaux.com/?page_id=72

Hello,
May be permission issue or your server have disabled copy function url param.
Permissions on “responsive-filterable-portfolio” are set to 755.
How can I check on or change “disabled copy function url param”?
