Loading Bar when loading website

We recently did a new site metrocrossingapts.com and when opening it a loading page bar comes up and we want o try and remove it so it goes straight to the website. We are trying to figure out whether it is the template that is forcing that to happen or if it is something we can fix and get rid of. Thanks for the help
