Maintenance Plugin with URL option

I’ve contacted a couple maintenance plugin developers, but have had no luck getting responses.

Would like to know if any maintenance plugins offer specific URL for maintenance. Coming Soon is great as it blocks all attempts to access common pages as well as the primary domain. I like that feature, but cannot get an answer about my question for a specific URL while still protecting all subdomains and primary.

Any ideas?
