how to completely remove fraudlogix plugin

    Dear sirs,
    i had installed fraudlogix plugin to my website http://www.stayhealthytill70.com, but then realised, it is not requited for me, have been trying to remove for last 48 hours but just not able to remove and all my adsense ads are covered by fraudlogix banners,

    pls help me and advise how do i completely remove fraudlogix from my website,
    i deactivated and installed the plugin but it refuses to go away-the remaining plugin files and plugins optimise and optimiser also cant clean up the system
