Disabled the only two plugins (Easy Google Fonts, All-in-One WP Migration) that were active:
– Some visualization issues of Optimizer Settings sidebar are solved.
– Most part of changes to Optimezer settings does not affect page presentation even by pressing the “Save & Publish” button at the topo of the sidebar.
Changes appear only by pressing browser’s refresh page command.

Okay, by the tests carried, we can just conclude that the issue reported is caused by the add-on AdBlock Plus enabled on my browser. It is sufficient to disable AdBlock Pius for the url corresponding to the managed website and the prombem is solved.
