woocommerce not working website down

I received a notice about automatically being upgraded to version 4.5.2 and had 4 plugins and a theme plugin to update. After successfully updating everything when I went to view my site I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_woocommerce_activated() (previously declared in /home/donfaeyz/public_html/donfiler.net/grandpascookies/wp-content/themes/woot/inc/functions/extras.php:24) in /home/donfaeyz/public_html/donfiler.net/grandpascookies/wp-content/themes/storefront/inc/storefront-functions.php on line 13

I looked at the code snippets mentioned in the error message but could not get anything to work.
