Product Thumbnails Not Working With WordPress Update

    Hi,

    Following the recent WordPress updated, I’ve noticed that the plugin is no longer working. Everything in the backend is as it was previously. However when selecting colour variations on a product, the gallery images do not update according to the variation selected as they did previously on the site. Is this a widespread problem being fixed, or is there something I can do my end to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    I have no reported issues until now. Have no other changes been made that may cause conflict?
    Cleared all cache?

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.
    No other changes have been made to cause the conflict, just the WP update.
    I’ve tried updating other plugins/disabling, as I thought conflict could be an issue, but no luck there either.

    Hi,

    From what I see, my plugin isn’t loading (replacing the theme file), maybe due to cache.
    Please purge your cloudflare cache. And try again.

    So I figured out…

    My plugin and YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier are not compatible.
    My plugin offers a basic Magnifier Zoom, if you want a option like YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier, my PRO versions offers what you need.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for finding the issue. I’m not sure how that one was missed, or how it was working before the WP update, but not to worry.

    It was mainly the slider gallery we were keeping it for, does the pro version come with this at all?

    Hi,

    yes the PRO brings most of the needs for majority of the sites.
    Slider + extra lens options.
