I’m trying to troubleshoot why all our CF7 forms seemed to suddenly stop sending mail. We have the latest CF7 and the latest wordpress. I’m not seeing any javascript of php errors. No configuration errors that I can see. I’ve disabled plugins that might have been conflicting, and am really stumped. The domain is http://letusfightforyou.com/ and there are a few forms on the front page. They’re all returning the “mailSent: false” message. I was curious what the “spam: true”, is CF7 blocking them because it thinks they’re spam?

Another note, Akismet isn’t installed, how are the messages being marked as spam?

It does appear its only happening with certain email addresses in the [your-email] fields. Which I’m not sure why CF7 would care what email address is in there. Some addresses are triggering “spam: true”

Figured it out. CF7 uses the wordpress “Comment Blacklist” under Settings>Discussion, and it had a few common words in the list. So any text in any of the fields that contained one of those words caused the email to be blocked.
