Additional navigation link not clickable

    hello 🙂

    okay, so I was asked to edit a website (custom bootstrap theme). I tried to add an additional menu link but when you go to the live website it does not direct to the page that I linked. when you go to another page, and tried to click the menu that I recently added, it goes to the page that I linked. Im not sure about the problem. Any ideas?

    Thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate it! 🙂

    Unfortunately, they wont allow me to post the url.

    Anyway, I have noticed that if i tick the box Top Navigation Menu the link works (the link that I added) but it automatically adds all the the pages that I created to the navigation menu so it’s not an option for me. (My current setting is Menu Settings – Theme locations – Main Navigation Menu )

    if in any case you have any idea/possible reasons about the problem, that would be a big help!

    Or Im wondering, is there another way to add a menu link on the homepage aside from the common way (appearance – menu). I just really need to make that additional nav link work.

    Hi,

    This is very hard to diagnose without seeing the website. Can you post a screenshot perhaps? Also, which theme are you using?

    Hi Tessa,

    This is my menu settings. Unfortunately, the additional link that I added (Blog) is not clickable when I go to the homepage, But for example, I go to the testimonials page and then I click the Blog menu, it works (directs to the blog page) .
