Hello. I am using wordpress 4.5.2 the latest
Im also having this problem. Im using iPage as a hosting account, but I have imported many times before. Now I seem to get the error:
Unable to import
Unable to start the import. Refresh the page and try again
Or I get to the setting up blogs part where it just hangs and never imports (20 min plus) and the page becomes unresponsive.
Im also running 4.5.2

We have just released the latest version (5.42) earlier today.
Could you give it a try?
I am not sure its your plugin anymore. I have the same exact problem with another one so I think it has something to do with my webhost. Thanks for the help so far
I’m on your 5.42 version and WordPress 4.5.2. When I try to import, the progress bar toggles between 1% and 2% and finally errors out with a “Unable to import. HTTP Error.”
an older version to download? curent version freeze random at 3% or 64%

Could you try uploading your .wpress file via FTP to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it by using the Backups section instead?
