Inside field as placeholder / CSS

I made the form fields bigger using the layout.css file. But now when I place the labels inside the fields. They are very high. How can I center them inside the filed? I can’t find a place to edit in the CSS file. If this is a custom CSS, can you please assist me? Thank you!
