A decent OnePage theme, with no precoded stuff like Onetone

I have downloaded Onetone theme. And looked at some other.
But I get very frustrated that the Theme made the Sections that show on the homepage for me.
Because I want to use my own ( normal WordPress )pages to display on the homepage. Don’t want to place my content in a section. And as well, I want to give the person who has to maintain the content, only permission for that page. Now in Onetone I have to let him write content in my sections where the code is as well.

Anyone? Where can i find a theme, that just lets me add my own pages. Give them maybe a number of which one has to be on top etc.

Onepage lets me add my own pages and I can add them to the menu. But they wont be on the homepage-onepage. The menu button will just link to that page.
The item “geschiedenis” is a normal page i linked to the menu, as you see it does not become part of the homepage.
