Lost Admin Bar

Loads of issues with last auto-update (0.7.23) on 2 sites that I had with (.htm) extensions with this plugin. It worked fine until this last update. Shut off all plugins and tried one at a time…and traced it back to this plugin. After update I started getting 404 errors, rolled back functions.php as suggested, but still missing admin bar on top when I go to view posts and pages. One site with same theme and similar plugins is functioning normal again. I blocked future updates of this plugin. I wish this could be fixed. I thought it was a great plugin until last update about 10 days ago (0.7.23)
