Blog generator?

    Hello. I am the webmaster of a college`s website and the principal wants to offer the possibility of blog registration for students and teachers. Please tell me, is there a plugin/hack/script that I can use so they can register and generate their blogs?

    If you want students and teachers registers each own blogs, you must use wordpress mu. Is a multi-user version of wordpress.
    If you want users and teachers only can register at the same blog (only one blog for all), the solution is wordpress.
