    My Website: http://www.serenitystylesart.com/home/
(notice that there is no menu and that there are large empty white spaces)

I am using August – Creative Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme.
I upgraded my Website to 4.5.1 (I forgot to backup before hand, I know I should have but it slipped my mind- The only back up I have is from about half a year ago and I really want to avoid backing it up that far, seeing as I have made a ton of changes since then)

    WHAT I HAVE DONE:
When I viewed my site after I updated, I was missing the majority of the content. A few things are still there but most everything is gone, including the menu. I went into my Dashboard and went to the Pages to see if content was missing, and my Visual Composer (a August Theme included feature) is completely empty. This is how I build my page it sets up blocks and I click “Add Element” and I choose from a huge selections of tools that I can customize to build my site. All of these “Elements” are gone, and I can not add new ones.

I did researching on my own, I went to my Theme Website and they do not offer any Support. [ http://themeforest.net/item/august-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/10539638/support ] I did more research and figured that it might be the WordPress Update that broke everything (Maybe the new version isn’t compatible with August theme?) So I looked up how to downgrade my website (after what felt like Years I did it.) I downgraded by to Version 4.5 versus the newest update of 4.5.1

The downgrade worked fine, I am currently running 4.5 but nothing changed. Everything is still broken.
I read a comment that somebody left on August Theme saying “Ive had the same problem with the 4.5 update. You need to let people know that your working on a theme update. !!! Important !!! For all other people needing to get around this there is a temporary fix by downgrading to an older version of WP. It worked for me and it only took 10 minuets. Be careful when you do it. i followed this u-tube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwNR6NVhVFQ Your welcome”
So I thought maybe I had to go further back and I tried downgrading to 4.4.2, but it did not work, I don’t know why I was able to downgrade to 4.5 but not to 4.4.2…

I am at a loss and I have spent years working on this site, its been a lot of sweat and stress. I am just scared of losing all of my progress and wasting my time and a load of money.

Does anyone know how I could fix this? Should I try downgrading to 4.4.2 again?
    Thanks in advance.
