Menu doesn't populate

I am referring to http://bpwsaskatoon.com

I have set up the gallery menu item with JC Submenu but it is not populating. I have JC Submenu checked (on) and Populate from Post Type set to:
Post Type: Post
Taxonomy: post_tag
Terms: Gallery
Order: Date
by: Descending
Post Limit:6

The menu should show the first 6 items that are listed on the page, but it doesn’t show anything.
