I want the “home” page of the site to be the storefront displaying the downloads available for sale. I don’t want to categorize the downloads, but have all 40 downloads appear on the landing page. I have a page “Shop” and have set it Settings>Reading>Front page>Shop and have set Settings>Reading>Posts page>Shop but I am not getting the desired result.

Ideally there would be three columns of products on the landing page.

I’ve scoured this forum, the support documentation and viewed YouTube videos, but I am still haven’t figured out how to get the result I want.

Can someone point me in the right direction please and thank you?

Oh, I should probably also mention I am using the Shop Front theme.

You can add products to that page using the [downloads] shortcode.

Ssee the docs for more information: http://docs.easydigitaldownloads.com/article/224-downloads

Thanks, I had done that. As a result I have a page “Shop” with a permalink ending “/downloads” that lists all the downloads with the heading “Latest Downloads” but when I click on the site banner I end up on a “home page” that lists the “Latest Downloads” and has a different heading on the page.

Is there a way to have the “home” page and the “shop” page”, the same page?

    1. Make a page and call it Shop (or similar)
    2. Add [downloads] to the page content
    3. Go to Settings > Reading and set your home page to show a static page
    4. Select the page created in 1 as the home page.

    That’s all it should require.
