constnce contact setting

hello i am using Constance contact for newsletter but my fs form showing me error “Error: Your Constant Contact username or password are not correct.” but my id and password is working very well on constant account. it was working well on previous after i resenting password it get error . also i update my plugin as well i reset again previous one password . but still getting same error.

Please help me its very urgent for me
