wordpress visual editor does not open "Edit" option

    My wordpress has some pages with the pluggin visual editro, but in some of them I have a iframe tag and in other I call a video player and in other a whatsapp wigdet, al of them do not edit and the cursor became a round circle.

    Please yor help
