I need some media (videos) from the backup. Is there a way to restore just them?

You should unpack your SGBP archive then manually upload those specific fils on your server. There’s no way to do that automatically. Here you can find useful information regarding unpacking SGBP archives: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-unpack-sgbp-file
