Are you referring to the translation available popup that Google Chrome has?
I have in admin panel Translation avaible update in all browsers just checked IE, Edge, Chrome, FireFox
The first page shows this error.

So you think this is favicon.ico problem? Where do I upload it on my site

Ive made favicon but still undefined:1 GET https://air-pumps.ru/undefined?1461786508853 404 (Not Found)
Tried disabling and enabling plugins still no luck

Support for your theme is at https://tishonator.com/contacts but they say support only for premium theme.
