403 Forbidden on WP-Login

We’ve been using httpd.conf to restrict wp-login to our office’s IP address for the past two years without issue but today something has happened that now i’m getting a 403 forbidden.

I’ve confirmed that the IP address of the office has not changed, no settings in WP have changed, the only thing that has changed is the update to 4.5.1 so I’m wondering if this has something to do with it.

What’s weird is that our website’s IP address /wp-login still works though, just not the URL/wp-login..

Any ideas?
