API endpoint asked for from Flickr

Has anyone had any success setting up the blog / pic upload from Flickr? It asks for entering of the API Endpoint and though I do what it says and enter every variation I can think of it says it is incorrect.

A search on the forum only found a couple of posts about this and no real answers. Surely someone has some insight. Thanks.
