UpdraftPlus Existing Backups – too many! | WordPress.org

I use UpdraftPlus successfully for many websites, but on one site, I have a problem: large numbers of backups show in my “Existing Backups” tab (currently 320! please see screenshot at https://goo.gl/UREXgr).
When I download one of them, I find that they are backups from ALL my websites, not just this one. This probably started when I ran “Rescan remote storage.” I’ve tried everything — deleting them manually from the backend, then reinstalling, but they keep coming back. Why isn’t Updraft singling out just the few backups from this site?

Yes – that’s the intended function of that button: to show you all backups in your remote storage, regardless of where they came from.

Here’s how to delete multiple at once from the list (basically, control-click all the ones you want to remove): https://updraftplus.com/deleting-multiple-backups/

Thanks very much. I guess I need the premium version to seperate out multiple site backups.
