Most shipping methods will not show any shipping calculations in the cart due to the fact that it does not have a physical address to perform the calculations on. I usually just disable the calculations on the cart page because its not accurate. You can disable this under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. If you proceed to the checkout page and fill in all the required details it should return with shipping calculations.
I enable “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” but it still shows up at cart page1
