Loading message? (on Desktop) – Not Pro

I am thinking of buying the Pro (very likely) but had some presale questions. Something else I noticed when trying the non-pro free version, is that my desktop display has a Loading message. It’s bright green and looks like a popup in the lower right corner of my screen. I have the Shiftnav disabled (or hidden?) on screens over 800px. I’m using a different menu for 800px and above.

Is there any way to disable this loading message when the menu is not displayed? I find the loading message a distraction and would like to disable it. It’s not offensive or selling anything, but it drags the visitors eye away from the content and focus is essential on sites, because it can affect bounce rate.
