Cannot upload images on WP from my computer

    For a week or so I have not been able to upload images and themes on my WP 4.5 and I thought it might be something with WordPress but apparently the guys that created my whole website are able to upload images on their computer except I cant on my computer.

    Does anyone has any ideas what might be wrong?

    What browser are you using? Does it give an error message or just stall out?

    I use Chrome and I already deleted cache and everything basically multiple times. It gives me an error message.
