Uninstall and deactivate not working

    Events Manager seems to slow down my site quite significantly. After installing pages took about 2 seconds longer to load. Thus, I tried to uninstall and deactivate this plugin.

    Unfortunately, the uninstaller doesn’t work: http://somup.com/cDf0hgvRK

    I have also tried to rename the events manager folder inside wp-content/plugins. Which basically deactivates the plugin but I am worried that everything related to EM will not be removed this way (stuff in the database).

    I would appreciate any advice on how to properly remove this plugin.

    try option under events > settings > general > admin tools
