Hi, I want to keep the category images/folders, but I want to remove the image of the document next to each individual file.

If you expand Medical Plans, then expand Plan Highlights, I want to remove the picture of the document, but still keep the picture for medical plans and plan highlights. Is this possible?Thank you!
