User page can't be found

Hello,

I have been using other posts and forms through Ultimate Member support and I know the problem/answer is out there, but I can’t seem to fix it. I love Ultimate member by the way.

Ok so… http://jdspros.com/index.php/user/(Username goes here)/ ….doesn’t seem to work.

Either when I click on view profile button or the picture icon, it says user pages can’t be found. As if it can’t find the user that is logged in. I tried to playing with settings and could be messing things up more. I’m new to wordpress at that. Any help would be great! I don’t want my clients to feel like our site is not working.
