sorry for the inconvenience. There was a bug since the ver 4.9.3 data sanitization . With the la latest release 4.9.5 if there is a collapsed popup (0px height) it fix it automatically. Please check if the “auto” height is now (4.9.5) working.

Same issue with 4.9.7 update.
@edgarallanho please may you try to setup again your popup width and height? To show up the “Popup height” option you need to check the “Advanced settings” box at the top of admin pannel.
