Hi Curtis,
the phone #s won’t call out to answer my phone
Please add the national prefix number.
My text color is black and the link color is red but on the bar it shows red.
Yes, because they are links. So red is right.
Is there something I’m doing wrong or maybe there is a conflict with something else.
At this time: no.
Also how do I get rid of the white space at the top of the page, if I move the bar to the bottom it goes away.
I could not reconstruct that. There was no white space if the bar was at the top (tested in Firefox).
Thanks for the quick response Martin.
I did as you suggested by adding national prefix number, US only and still doesn’t work sorry to say. Here is what I tried;
1-XXX-XXXX for US only.
(XXX)-XXXX
1-(XXX)-XXXX
No any of them work.
When the bar is at the top the white line is there, I’m using Chrome.
Thanks for your help,
Curtis
The prefix number has to have leading zeros.
What do you mean with “number does not work”?
I don’t understand leading zeros? This is USA call out only which is (1+ the number), no foreign numbers.
From the deck top website shouldn’t when you click the phone number shown, it will call your phone on when your on your home computer? Or is this just for cell phones?
Thanks,
Curtis
Leading zeros means 001-XXX-XXXX.
On desktop computers it depends on the computer system what would happen after a click on the phone number. My system (Win 7 with Firefox and Skype) asks me to open Skype or to choose another application.
