connection timed out with zoho email

The emails are eventually being sent but very slowly. The email log states that the connection timed out. The Postman is configured as: Postman will send mail via 🔐SMTPS to smtp.zoho.com:465 using Password (Plain) authentication (which I don’t know if it is right or not). I used mxtoolbox.com to verify server and mx records it it appears to verify OK:

50 mx3.zoho.com 74.201.155.79 120 minI know that it isn’t your plug-in and that it is probably the way in which I have it set up. Any suggestions would be most appreciated, thanks.
