It could be a couple of things:
- Do you have comments enabled?
- What template are you using? Check in Settings > Discussion Board > Design tab to see if the ‘Use theme templates’ option is checked
Hi, yes comments are enabled and use ‘use theme templates’ is also checked.

Please try unchecking ‘Use theme templates’ to use the templates that come with the plugin. This will establish if your theme files are the issue.

Could you also try switching to a standard theme like Twenty Sixteen and retesting?
Otherwise, could you email info[at]catapultthemes.com to discuss? I think it might be easier for us to have temporary access to your site to see what’s going on.
