Browser compatability issues

I’m apparently having a lot of problems with browser compatibility issues for my readers on internet explorer. While I’ve tried to do some research, I’m quite new at this and am at a loss at what to do.

Would anyone mind taking a few minutes to look at my site (primarily font and header issues) and please help me out?
