Translation issue

    I came across an issue to translate MH magazine theme NEWS TICKER. I have tried all possible options with .pot file and .mo and .po file as well. my site mdfmaldives.org is a multilingual site and need to handle mv_MV.po and mv_MV.mo in Dhivehi.

    Problems with paid for themes can’t be investigated. Ask your premium theme support team how their work should be translated.

    They are saying this is with translation (loco translate) nothing to do with them. now im stuck here.

    They’re not wrong if you asked them about Loco, but I didn’t advise you to ask them about Loco.

    Ask them how to translate their theme into your language? This doesn’t have to be done with Loco, and as Loco seems incompatible with your theme, the answer to your query will probably involve other software.
