    how to solve the problem.

We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the pekanpos_wp890 database.

    Are you sure it exists?
Does the user pekanpos_wp890 have permission to use the pekanpos_wp890 database?
On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_pekanpos_wp890. Could that be the problem?
If you don’t know how to set up a database you should contact your host. If all else fails you may find help at the WordPress Support Forums.

    Try again

It sounds like either you have not created a database or your wp-config file is not set up correctly.

Please review for detailed installation instructions: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

Check with your host provider if the database user has the correct permission (usually admin/owner permissions to create tables) for the pekanpos_wp890 database.

Check in cpanel database having proper privileges or not, In cpanel click phpmyamdin and select database you will see privileges of database.
