upgrade

    I uploaded 2.5 to my root server. When I go to admin
    at word press it still says I need to upgrade.

    Not to sure what that means?

    Did I do soemthing wrong?

    Uploading the files is not enough.

    You either have to browse to the wp-admin/upgrade.php or when you login you will be presented the upgrade link.
