I get the below error at the top of my page at all times, How do I fix this.

I would guess that is coming from a plugin or theme. Assuming your can access your dashboard, try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Ok Thanks, So ive found its the google analytics plugin, how do I go about fixing that

Find this function on your plugin folder and replace this one.
