    Hi,
I’ve recently found your backup plugin and have used it successfully on a number of websites but unfortunately, there is one where the backup seems to hang at the status where the Backup archive is being created.

    Here is the error message:

ERROR: Job has ended with errors in 1075 seconds. You must resolve the errors for correct execution.

Can anyone give any guidance regarding analysis of the error log?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Die you have configured the “Maximum execution time” in BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Job. Try to begin with 30 secounds.

    Hi Daniel,

I tried your suggestion and I’m afraid that the backup failed at the same point.
Shall I increase or decrease the Maximum Execution Time?
Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

Decrease. We must find the point where the zipping fail. Try to make backups with only the half of files and find out if it depends on a spezific folder. You can see it better if you enable debug log in BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Log.

I decreased the Maximum Execution Time and had the same problem.

How do I make backups with half the files please?

Edit the Backup Job and go to files Tab. Than deselect for example Plugins or/and select excludes for uplads.
