As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
I reach them but they said it’s some WordPress update issue and only WordPress support can help me:(

I hope they didn’t put that in writing. That’s not really correct.
WordPress development moves on and sometimes an older themes and plugins need updating. For example, when a theme or plugin includes it’s own jquery library or they do something that’s not really correct but used to work.
That doesn’t mean that the theme or plugin author is bad but if they want to help their users then they have to be compatible with WordPress. It’s not the other way around.
It may not be the theme. Please try the following temporary steps to troubleshoot:
- Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Visit the home page and category archive
Do you still get the problem when you do that?
If you do then it’s the theme and the author will need to fix that. If not then it may be a plugin.
