get_term_meta not working with array value

I check my database in wp_termmeta table, with meta value:

a:2:{s:3:”url”;s:64:”http://demo.hocwp.net/phongtro123/wp-content/uploads/hocwp/T.Ham_.jpg”;s:2:”id”;s:3:”120″;}

Meta key: icon
Term ID: 11

$meta = get_term_meta(11, 'icon', true);

The result is empty, please help me with this case.
