    Our UPS plugin works when the dimensions are in kg and cm as well.

    Thanks, I’m asking about this because the prices are very high for shipping. Where should I look for problem with high prices?

    Hi,

    You should at first try to find out the following :
    1. Firstly try placing an order keeping 1 item in cart. Compare the rate returned with the rate in UPS website.

    If it is not same, then kindly provide us the request and response along with screenshot of rate in UPS website.

    For multiple items, just to give you an idea, the basic version has 1 parcel packing method called “pack items individually”. In this, if you have 4 items in order, then all 4 items will be packed individually there by multiplying the cost by 4 times. This style of packaging is useful when you 1 item in cart or you have restricted shipping for multiple items.

    Our premium version has other parcel packing methods like Pack into items with weights and dimensions using which you can pack multiple items into single box.
