What I would like to do is have a width of 950px by height of 200px. This is the banner size for the rest of the pages on the website. I would like to keep the same size for the cover page. Is that possible?

You can add multiple cover page sizes in Admin > UM > Uploads > Cover Photo Thumbnail Sizes (px) > Add new sizes.

Thanks Champ for a quick reply. I tried that, but didn’t work. Perhaps I am not doing this correctly. Here’s what I have tried:
Changed the existing values (300×600) to 200×960
Saved
Refreshed user page
no change
Reset settings
Existing values went back to 300×600
Added two more fields
Added 200×600 in the additional fields
Left the original fields to 300×600
Refreshed
no change
In both of the above cases, I also removed the cover page and uploaded new images before making the above changes.
Any ideas?

Have you adjusted the cover photo ratio in Admin > UM > Settings > Appearance > Profile > Profile Cover Ratio?

Yes, I have tried all 4 (1.6, 2.7, 2.2 and 3.2 to 1)
