Incorrect review count

    I am having this weird issue on just one product page where the total number of reviews are shown as incorrect.

    On the product page, it says “1 custom review” at the top but there are actually 2 reviews listed at the bottom of the page. The review tab also displays “Reviews (1)” and “1 review for Product”.

    All other product pages are fine. Just one particular page has an issue. Is there a way to resolve this? Could this be due to WooCommerce database cache? If yes, how do I clear the cache?

    I am using WP 4.4.2 and WooCommerce 2.5.5.

    Check in the backend that the review is approved – it may be pending.

    The reviews are both approved. There is nothing pending in the backend. The reviews appear fine on the front-end. It’s just the incorrect total review count that is displayed on the page. Any other suggestion?

    I guess it could be cached. Saving the product or adding another review should clear that and update the count if that’s the issue.

    I unapproved one of the comments and re-approved it again. That resolved the issue. Thanks.
