I have checked and found that CSS of your WordPress theme is conflict with donation plugin.
Solution: in this http://avotreboncoeur.com/wp-content/themes/gameover/css/autoinclude/foundation.min.css file remove background of table
Example:
table {
background: #fff none repeat
}
remove background css of table.
